Thicket

Sarah needed a new website for her new floristry business Thicket, to sell floristry products online and promote workshops/events happening in her store in Pahiatua.

Based on the current size and requirements of this business, rather than using a popular, but more complex e-commerce platform like Shopify, Squarespace was the suggested platform to build this new website with. Squarespace provides Sarah with all the tools she needs to take the business and website in the direction she wanted to go, on a simple, affordable platform. Sarah makes regular updates herself to the Thicket website, now expanding to also sell a range of gifts and gourmet pantry items alongside her floristry and workshop offerings.

“We engaged Jenny from Winning in 2021 to create our florist website. Jenny was a pleasure to deal with. She was intuitive and understood the brief and our vision with ease. Jenny got us thinking outside the box and brought her expertise to the project - ensuring that customer usability flowed and was inclusive. She even set up “how to” videos for us in case something happened with certain parts of the site. In the past 18 months since launch we have only had to reach out to her once. The site was designed in such an intuitive way. Thank you Winning for creating such a beautiful site for us (we still get compliments frequently). It certainly helped us to put our best foot forward! Highly recommend.”
