Jenny is a full-stack web developer with an eye for detail and systems that work.
Having worked her way through Wellington’s top creative agencies, she discovered that creative agencies are nice for people with hundreds of thousands to spend, but not everyone has that money, and most people just need a website that works.
This inspired Jenny to branch out, co-founding Winning with her husband Dave to help small to medium sized businesses get online, at a price they can afford and the knowledge to look after them.
When Jenny isn’t working on websites, you can find her checking out art exhibitions, planning a scuba trip or doing some DIY around the house.

In 2015 Dave made the switch into the world of Communication Management after nine years as a Youth Worker. He was on a year of backpacking through Europe with his wife Jenny, when their travel blog took off, amassing 10,000 followers. Their content featured in over 10 European news outlets.
Realising his passion for it, he jumped in with both feet - returning to New Zealand, he completed a Master of Management in Communication Management (with Distinction). Since that point he has used his skills to empower groups and agencies to own stories across New Zealand and abroad.
When Dave isn’t at work, you can find him dreaming of Theme Parks or performing stand up comedy in a club near you.
